Can I download the workouts?
Yes, we do allow you to download the videos for any of our paid programs. So if your internet is a bit patchy you can download them for easy access.
Please see the instructions below on how to do this.
Downloading a video
To download the video you want, there will be a green button on the right of the video, or below the video if you are on a mobile or tablet, that says 'Download Video'. Note that on some mobile devices the 'Download Video' button may appear at the very bottom of the page and you may have to scroll down.
The page will then load and start to play the video. What steps to follow next depends on your browser and device, however, we have included the steps to follow below for two common browsers; Google Chrome and Safari:
Google Chrome- Once the page loads with the video, in the bottom right of the video click the three dots and select download and you will see the video downloading at the bottom of your screen.
Safari- Once the page loads with the video, right-click and select download video. Once downloaded you will see the video in your 'downloads' folder.

Downloading videos from an iPhone or iPad
Downloading videos from an iPhone and iPad is trickier. It’s very doable but some more tech is involved.
On an iPad or iPhone generally is easier to download on Google Chrome (rather than Safari). See the below instructions:
- Log into your Be Mobile Account, using Google Chrome and select the clip you want to download.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and use the green "Download Video" button below the comments, note that on some pages this appears on the left of the page just below the video.
Wait for the page to load and start playing. At that point to the right of the URL, there will be an icon that looks like a box with an arrow, see the below image. From that dropdown, you can select "Save to Files" and then "Downloads"

Can I download free content?
You will not be able to download our free workouts or videos from our free weekly email. However, you will be able to use the link from the email to watch the clip at a time that works for you.
