Is the program claimable under my private health insurance?

Here is some information to help you determine if you can claim our program through your provider.

Our online programs are classified as digital health and exercise programs rather than clinical physiotherapy. Because we do not perform individual physical assessments, we cannot provide clinical reports or provider numbers for "Physiotherapy" or "Physical Therapy" claims.

However, many of our members have successfully claimed the program under categories such as:

• Health Management / Wellness Benefits
• Health Improvement Programs
• Gym Memberships

Next steps we recommend:

1. Check your policy: Contact your provider to see if they cover "digital exercise programs" or "wellness programs/gym memberships."
2. Use your receipt: We can provide a standard tax invoice/receipt for your records, which includes our business details and the total cost paid. Note that if your health fund requires a provider number, we cannot supply that because there is no physiotherapy consultation.
3. Note on Documentation: Please keep in mind that since this is a self-guided online program, we are unable to provide personalised medical referrals or letters of support.
