Troubleshooting other tech issues

Please see below some troubleshooting tips for other technical issues that may occur.

Video not playing

If you are having issues playing videos in the online portal, there are a few things that may help resolve this:

  1. Try logging in and out of your account and make sure that you only have one Be Mobile Tab open. 
  2. Try using a different browser (we suggest Google Chrome).
  3. Try running a software update on your device.
  4. Below the video, there is a download video button. This will allow you to start playing the video, however, this method may take a moment to load. 
    (Please note that you will not actually be downloading the video unless you were to click the 3 dots on the bottom right of the clip and select download or right click and select download). 
  5. If these steps are not working, you could try using a different device to view the video.
