Where can I watch the Live Be Mobile Show?


  • The Live Be Mobile Show takes place once per week on a Wednesday at 4pm (Sydney time). It is streamed to two locations:
  • If watching live on Facebook, scroll down the page until you find the live show. It will often be the top post on the page. The below image shows you how it should appear in the Discussion section of the group. 
  • If watching live on Youtube, make sure you are in the 'Live' tab on the Be Mobile Youtube Channel. See the second image below.

For Be Mobile Members and 8 Week Fit & Strong Program Participants, the Be Mobile Live Show details, including links to the above mentioned locations, will be always be posted in the Be Mobile Physio Online Membership Private Facebook group.
