Do the exercise programs get harder as they go along?
The Be Mobile Online strength programs do not necessarily increase in difficulty as you progress. The programs are varied in the exercises and layouts. Some exercises in the programs will be technically harder than others however we offer variations, so choose the one which you can manage.
How hard should you be working?
How hard a given exercise is, should be determined by you. This is what we refer to as intensity: how hard your current effort is compared to your absolute maximum effort. Generally for resistance training we want to be working at around 70-80% of your maximum, or a 7-8/10.
KEY TIP: When it comes to how hard you should be pushing yourself in the workouts, a key tip to remember is to leave 2-3 repetitions in reserve at the end of the set.
